1. A deposit of 60 % is payable to Furniture Box Ltd. on placing order, remaining 40 % must be cleared in the bank 7 days after delivery date. Pictures will be taken and sent to the client.
2. The property must be finished to a certain standard and access granted allowing safe delivery and installation.
3. Responsibility of any damage caused by 3rd parties including builders and the property management will not be accepted by Furniture Box Ltd.

Delivery and installation

1. The delivery date depends on clients request and the completion of the development, but cannot be less than 21 working days.
2. The delivery date will be stated on the contract, penalty clauses will apply for both parties.
3. Delivery costs and a deep cleaning are included in the price of the furniture package. Special conditions and calculations can be applied depending on clients request and location.
